I have had a wonderful time letting from Belvoir. They are always quick to respond to any issues and have been really welcoming and accommodating.

I've been a landlord with Belvoir for over fifteen years and they've always been reliable and helpful, meaning I've always had happy tenants. I've have just sold my property and they handled that for me very nicely as well.

My daughter has been left without hot running water for over a month, but Belvoir didn't deem this an emergency. Having to pay to go to a gym or swimming so they can get a hot shower. Just unacceptable..

I rented a flat through Belvoir for just over a year and received fantastic service throughout. I delt with Chelsea and Alanna in the Aberdeen office who both went the extra mile to help. Any issues (which were rare) were sorted quickly and in a stress free way. Thank you!

I'll give it 4 stars because it's been by far the most helpful agency I've dealt with. Still some improvements to be done. Our agent would sometimes forget to do stuff and would need to remind. Whenever we needed something fixed someone came to help.
