I recently took my car to Car Clinic for an MOT for the second time and was extremely impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were friendly and professional, and I was able to book an appointment that suited my schedule. The MOT was completed efficiently and I was kept informed throughout the process. I appreciate the care and attention that Car Clinic put into maintaining my car's safety and ensuring it passed the MOT. Update: I can assure you it's been 2, possibly even 3 times that we have asked your advice (separate occasions, separate issues) and been told they will call us back and haven't bothered. When we didn't receive a call back this time around we were really annoyed. My boyfriend called you back after an hour and was told by a second staff member 'i don't know why you were told that, we are fully booked for the next 2 weeks so we wouldn't be able to deal with it anyway'. So you can assure everyone else about your great service, but in our experience you have been seriously lacking. Initially we were very pleased with the service. I don't know if they have a system where by we were flagged as new customer and therefore given top treatment. What has however become clear is their good customer service is seriously lacking consistency. We have been pawned off on a few different occasions now. Specifically being told that they will call us back regarding our polite and honest requests for advice. Really lousy attitude behaviour behind a polite facade and a distinct lack of common courtesy. Do better guys. We are honest people looking for simple help.
