A gaming chair present ordered was found to be out of stock. Andrew the sales manager offered the next chair up at the same cost & delivered the next day in time for xmas. Absolutely brilliant service.

Been in the shop a few times never had an issue, that was until I bought my son a new razor keyboard, after a few weeks the space bar gave up, went in to get it sorted was told there was non in stock and a delivery would be in on Tuesday, waited a few days and went in on Tuesday as asked to but no delivery, ended up waiting about in town for a few hours and called back but was told no delivery came in. Ended up calling back atleast 7 times the next day but no answer. Thursday my son called and got an answer saying it in. We collected and my son was stupidly excited to have a new one again, got back home he plugged it in and he instantly noticed it was a different keyboard, turns out it wasn't a new keyboard but an older used model that was put in the box we took in. Yes that's right they switched a 12 year old boys new razer huntsman mini analog for a razor huntsman mini red switch that was used, guessing they thought he wouldn't notice. Ended up having to go back in and get a refund sorted but no explanation as to how it happened or an apology, fully belive he knew exactly what he done. So yeah ontop of having an upset kid during this process it's cost me even more money having to order one online... Get the feeling if you don't know about pc stuff they will walk all over you.
