        Amazing customer service! I bought a bass guitar from a different company which became faulty less than a month after the purchase, but the company would not reply to my emails or accept any calls. I decided to take the guitar to KM to see if they could fix it. The staff were very friendly and took the time to diagnose the problem whilst I was there. They were able to fix my bass in a couple of days for a minimal price, saving me from the hassle I experienced with the previous company.

        Popped in in the afternoon to get a new string for my guitar. Was helped immediately and only had to pay for the string. Great quick service, big selection on products for guitar players, enjoyed atmosphere. Will definitely come back!
