Highly recommended for TV repairs in Aberdeen. The service was quick, efficient, and cheaper than expected and it's nice to know that repair services like this still exist rather than having to throw the TV away and replace with new.

I was in distress, I wanted to connect my TV. The owner of this business came and looked at the TV, checked the internet, because I brought the TV from abroad, not only did he find out about the TV, he suggested how I can order a remote and how he could help me. He was very friendly and efficient and extremely helpful.

Great service I would recommend it. I had my charger plug broken for 3M Adflo battery. This gentleman repaired it same day. I am so glad that we have places like that in Aberdeen. Where in era of consumption people forget that we used to repaired things when broke. And things used to be produced sturdy. When we had craftsman. Great place strongly recommend.

My 12-year-old 32" Panasonic HD TV suddenly presented me with a completely blank screen but the sound was still audible which led to to suspect that the LCD screen had given up the ghost. I telephoned VideoPlus and the proprietor (Dennis) suggested that it might not be a screen failure and that he could check it out for me. I took it into his premises on the Monday morning and, on Tuesday morning, he rang to inform me that it was a faulty regulator which he could replace at as total cost of 72. I collected the TV on the Tuesday afternoon and gratefully paid the very fair price for his work. Hopefully, I should get a few more years out of the Panasonic but, secretly, I had been hoping he would tell me it was beyond repair - thus giving me an excuse to buy a bigger, higher spec 4K Smart TV. My wife was happier than I was! But, seriously, great job - well done, Dennis. I have no hesitation in recommending VideoPlus to anyone with problematic audio/visual equipment.
