This company provided a routine service for my partner. Shortly after, we discovered the boiler had started leaking. How this quite bad leak hadn't been picked up is anyones guess, but we had them back out to fix the now leaking boiler. They charged full whack call out fee (without a quote) for 10 minutes work to fix a boiler that was fine prior (and during) the service. Poor communication, if you use this firm ask for a quote upfront for any work, as they clearly don't operate on good faith. Not recommended. Services: Heating system maintenance, Heating system repair
