I purchased my piano just over a year ago, and since then, Gordon Bell Pianos has always kept it well-maintained. Very respectful and polite when in my home, I strongly recommend to anyone looking to get a piano or have one tuned.

Just had my piano tuned. Job done well but throughout whole process was very rude. Needs to work on people skills when getting paid to do a job its not difficult to be polite and nice to customers even if passionate about pianos.

I purchased a beautiful Samik upright from Gordon last year. He clearly knows his stuff and I immediately felt like I'd made the right call by walking into his store. The piano itself has proven to be faultless along with the tuning / aftersale service. I can safely say that I won't hesitate to buy another piano from Gordon when the time comes.

Aberdeen's No. 1 Piano Shop- in my humble opinion! Having worked with piano shops in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen I first learned the trade with Gordon, and was amazed at the quality and variety of unique projects he undertakes in and around Aberdeen-I learned everything from tuning, restoration, deliveries, and repairs to sales and demonstration with customers, and enjoyed every minute of it. Gordon Bell has worked in the piano industry for a considerable amount of time, and has gained excellent experience and contacts in all areas- from tuning the Queen's very own Broadwood and Steinway Grands at Balmoral (for which he has the Royal Warrant), to becoming an official stockist of Kawai, Shigeru-Kawai (handmade editions), Feurich and Schimmel, the accoldaes speak for themselves. The shop itself is in a great location, and as you will find has a tardis-like interior filled with everything from beginner uprights through to the finest grands. It's amazing to find such a well appointed shop like this in Aberdeen, and I encourage you to make a trip if you would like some advice on any aspect of piano purchase, maintenance, repair or sale. Attached are a few pictures of my own W&L-122 upright which I bought from Gordon nearly 10 years ago and still plays like new, despite my heavy handed usage! Highly recommended, and... if it's good enough for the Queen... it's good enough for me! Jamie
