        Unable to carry out key services (such as finishing a contract) - and even when I was hoping to discuss alternatives, I was just prompted to phone o2 directly. Staff member did however explain this politely. The 2 other staff members on duty at the counter near the back of the store however just stood staring directly at my partner and I whilst having this brief discussion with the member of staff. Very unprofessional and rude.

        Felt pretty uncomfortable in the store after the shop assistant Jude kept trying to ask me out. Told him I had a boyfriend but he kept making unprofessional comments. He then messaged and called me on his personal number. He must of got my phone number from the receipt or my account. Found it pretty inappropriate considering I only wanted to buy a phone.
