Need to work on the queue times. If someone is selling a lot of items, it takes up a lot of time at the till. I had to wait for 30 minutes to pay for a DVD.
Overall it's good value for money and would go back.

The best part is that it's environmentally friendly as you can trade games in for cash or a voucher. The profit you receive from it is not at all exciting though. I think all their games are used, but in top-notch quality with specific standards. All of the stuff you trade in has to be inspected and tested, which I suppose is good. It's a great store to get things at an amazing price in excellent condition, but selling some things will not give you that much money, so popping it up on eBay will be your best bet.
