        I honestly would not recommend using this company. All very nice until I called them to ask why no one had come to lift my carpets and Id be expecting money off as Id lifted them myself. I got the absolute height of abuse from Norman (senior). He got so angry he put the phone down on me!!! The fitters damaged paint work on newly decorated skirtings and walls. Broke my daughters desk and damaged her new bed. Got told by Norma (senior) it was nothing to do with him, Id have to phone the carpet fitters to be honest I wish I hadnt!! He happens to be Norman (junior) and just as rude as his father. Got a really condescending message on my phone about 10 days later because I hadnt paid bill!!! I hadnt received bill!! And last but not least I am really not convinced the carpet on my floors is the carpet I ordered!! As someone else said in their review I want to use a local family run company. Big mistake
