Aberdeen Bathroom Fitters chose to dispose of rubbish from our bathroom remodelling in the communal bins, including incorrectly putting things in the recycling that should not have been and dumping items next to the bins. They also left a radiator in the garden, which I at first thought was a mistake but having discovered their attempt at hiding the toilet that they have also left behind, it is now obvious that it was deliberate. Leaving us with these items to dispose of. Furthermore, they put rubbish in our garden waste bin that should not have been, which we have had to remove in order for the bin to be collected. A really pleasant job, I think not. There was also saw dust left on the paving in several locations, along with other debris left in various locations, posing a hazard to our dog. We have also discovered that tissue paper and silicone have been thrown out the window and are now in the space over the railing in our garden. Another issue we will have to rectify. Another minor point, refreshments were taken from the kitchen without asking and glasses and a water bottle used. This is just downright rude and was not appreciated, nor is it appropriate given the global pandemic that is ongoing right now. Another further point to note is that they stated to my husband that a carpet/floor trim would be fitted and this was not done. Finally, they decided to leave silicone all over the underside of the sink and the plumbers mait in an absolute mess. When I raised the issues with them, the reply was "I really wish you had contacted me regarding this matters a little earlier so I could have had a chance to rectify things for you." I contacted him only a week after the project being completed!! There were other excuses made and a half-hearted apology. Avoid this company if you are looking for professional service!
