I used Hobbs styling appointment for an occasion outfit. It was such an easy experience, all the options were ready for me to try on. The ladies offered accessories which could be worn and it made the whole shopping experience so relaxed. Every time I am in store the staff are so helpful. You dont get this experience shopping online.

You staff are fabulous. I was looking for an item which was out of stock on your website and my local shop. Lynsey from your Aberdeen branch offered to check other store and sourced the dress in York. After a phone call to me she arranged for it to be sent to the Aberdeen store to allow me to try it on. On attending the store Alex served me with friendly chat .

Excellent personal service from the Aberdeen store, Marta was very helpful without being pushy, appreciated being given time to enjoy the shopping experience and consider my purchase. With many stores closing it is good to see Hobbs have remained in the town centre. Great quality clothing.
