        Beginner with these sort of products but wanted to try something and the friendly lady inside helped me find them and explained to me how they work and which kind she would recommend for me. Really appreciate the employee's effort and it made shopping a breeze!

        They seem to be just stocking more and more of their own brand, vitamins, supplements, etc. I find their own brand of things very hard to swallow. I bought some skin/hair vitamins and it was like swallowing a stone. Also, their young members of staff don't have any product knowledge. I asked for something recently, and they hadn't got a clue what I was talking about. Another one treats you like you are new to buying a vitamin! I have actually worked in chemists before, and retail, for longer than they have been alive!
