First stay at ARI and could not fault the professionalism, genuine empathy, attention to detail and dedication of the teams. Absolutely incredible how the staff performed under what was a clear lack of staff with high patient demand. Yes, I had to wait a while before being seen but this was met with constant reassurance and offers of drinks of water. Well done and thank you to wards 101, 104, 214 and the excellent team in gastroenterology.
