        I would give zero star rating. These people are a terrible outfit, truly horrible. After two months of hell at 9 Bettridge Road, Newtonhill, we are getting out. I've noted lots of reviews about deposits not being returned, for trumped up petty wear and tear issues. They all probably sleep well at APL because they are without conscience.

        I'm really impressed with this company! They are so helpful and their response time is lightning fast. I have to give a special shoutout to LIAM - he was incredibly supportive and helped me out a lot.

        I've had a problem with my downstairs neighbour who rents from APL and they do nothing. The noise coming up from that flat is unbelievable all because they ripped out the carpets and left it bear wooden flooring. Downstairs neighbour lets their kids jump and bang about all hours (day and night). ALP just brush it off and say it's not their problem. Unfortunately I just just have to wonder about my house listening to a what sounds like a constant war. It feels like it anyway as my whole flat shakes.
