        I had a car repaired here after crash damage, I have previously used the BOD branch with zero issues. When I booked again with them I was directed to the Tullos branch. I was called to say it would be ready that day, this was then pushed back. I understand this can happen, no problem. But when I got the car back there are many issues, electrical shorts, headlight and bumper damaged and not fitted correctly. Bonnet badly painted, rough to the touch. Tools and anti vibration foams left under bonnet. Car going back in tomorrow after weeks of waiting. Will update. However after reporting the faults with Bruce and other staff, they really don't seem to care at all.
