Went to a gentle movement class to try and improve very limited mobility. The instructor was an absolute gem of a man..who was calming... soothing tone in his voice relaxed the whole class. Class is qi Jong...tai chi is derived from it Class was wonderful...felt euphoric in.some parts..some parts were harder.. my mobility is so poor I put it down to this. But felt fantastic after I did it and will be going every week from now on. Cannot praise instructor and class enough. Classmates were very welcoming too And the next day I got a follow up call from a lady from sport about asking if I had enjoyed the class and if there were any others I would like to try. There are! First class service all the way!
