        Very unreliable and poor customer service. I placed an online order due the 10% discount online offer on Saturday 25th March. I received a phonecall to double check my order before processing. This was a week after the order was placed. When asked about this they advised that they were waiting on one of items coming into stock. This was not stipluated on the website at the time of ordering. The 10% discount was also extremely misleading which did not apply to all items on the basis it would only be applied to full priced items. Again the website did not list the most expensive item in question as a sale item. Cancelled and asked for refund.

        My experience with McCalls Highlandwear has been nothing hort of PHENOMENAL!!!! I am located in Canada but eloping to Scotland so I contacted McCalls via email to discuss the possibility of ordering a kilt package for my father to pick up once he arrives. The service was FANTASTIC! - Helpful, Friendly, Prompt, Resourceful and just so smooth and easy! I loved that I could show my dad the options on the McCalls website but then had a wonderful, WONDERFUL associate to work with and gather and prepare the kit for us. They made the experience so positive that I wish I had more to buy! Will definitely be using McCalls in the future and plan to visit when we travel there ourselves. They are exceptional and I am SO glad I was able to work with them, what a fabulous experience for a once in a lifetime purchase. Very, very special to my family and I! Jessie
