I was quoted a price for supply and installation of a Nest thermostat, they finally fitted it about 4 month after the quote, when I got the invoice the fitting charge was double what was quoted, when I queried it, someone in the office said that I must have been mistaken and offered to knock 20 off the bill, I never received an updated invoice, but eventually got a reminder that my payment was overdue, I just paid it to get it finished with but I wouldn't use them again.. its a shame because I am just about to fit a new Baxi boiler... I requested an annual boiler service, but after waiting for 3 weeks, a technician finally arrived. However, the technician seemed very upset, angry, and disrespectful, which made me uncomfortable. I had to ask him to leave. When I called the company and explained the situation, they apologized and promised to send someone else, but that never happened. I'm not sure if this was an isolated incident or not, but I definitely will not go back to them again. Service: Heating system maintenance

Aberdeen Heating carried out a huge job on my property - new boiler, radiators and pipework. Unfortunately for the guys it was the coldest weeks of the year (-10 some days). I wasn't living in the property at the time so comms were tricky and I think that's the only thing I can suggest as an improvement (coming/going etc). Remedial works took a wee bit of back and forth but otherwise I'm so pleased to have a warm house! From initial inspection and quote to closing off with Sandra today just want to say thanks to AH for your work :) lovely bunch of people. Thanks
