        I was in at 11:45 AM on Monday. The place was packed because it was boxing day. Tried to ask a guy before the men's shoe display to help me get the pair for a shoe on display. He was wearing the JD uniform but he said he didn't know how. I asked him if he could ask someone who did know. He flat out told me to go and ask them myself. Not sure why they have sales assistants in the store. They are more interested in chatting about.

        It's all well and good, but workers should pay more attention to the customer and not be talking as much and on the phone.
