        Poor customer service. It takes ages for everything or you never get the minimum you expect. And personally its not worthy.

        Currently waiting a total of 3 weeks for my child's glasses. No communication. Phoned the store numerous times on different days and times, no answer. I cant even say poor customer service as there is no customer service. Avoid.

        Really hard to get through by phone, have now tried for two days to speak to someone calling at different times still no luck, The optician I had an appointment with on my last visit was friendly professional & explained all my needs in full, it's ashame the phone service let's the rest down, it's seems to be ongoing issue that needs addressing

        Contact lenses service is poor. Trying to get through the the branch is difficult. Getting a contact lenses check up appointment is really difficult. Next to no appointments available before the date at which point they stop supply. Eventually had to cancel. The central customer service didnt seem to care and happily let me cancel after being a customer for about 22 years.
