DM Design - Aberdeen Showroom

I am sad to say that I have just had the biggest upset in my life had a kitchen put in by this company which I actually designed myself, a good few years ago and they managed to do it just how i wanted it, however we have since moved into a rented property through my health, they did not know this when I asked for a quote, I had given them my address they found out that our property is owned by the council and they called me back today to ask it is a rented property OR HAVE I BOUGHT IT, I did wonder why they would ask this, then it clicked, i said rented her tone was so upsetting when she said well we need to tell you how much our kitchens start from, I said without seeing my kitchen which is actually a postage stamp? She said yes its our policy, this is not true, even if it was how dare they think that people renting cannot afford to put in a kitchen in fact our next job is an extension with permission, because they hurt me I cancelled their visit and have booked another company to do the job..Thanks D & M for what is actually a avery bad treatment on people who rent.

Met the lovely lady Ruth in the showroom who introduced us to Anne. What an excellent service all round and beautiful furniture.

From start to Finnish I can not recommend them enough . The quality is super . Ann came to the house and designed what we wanted and even gave us options. Ann was not pushy and let us think about it before deciding . The date was set for fitting and they came exactly when they said . It wasnt an easy job as it was an old house and nothing is straight !! Ferdi and Karim were excellent and the quality of workmanship was far beyond my expectations . Nothing was too much for Ferdi and his team . I would definitely have him for future work in the house as his attention to detail and pride in his work isnt seen much these days . There were a couple of snags which were sorted with out any problem ( not fitting snags ) . I would definitely recommend DM design for a kitchen . Thank you Ann, Ferdi, Karim and all Ferdis team .

Con men, and liars! Dont trust them. Dont accept their first 2 prices either as the 3rd is the last one they give. This will give you an insight as to how they operate. Scam, the units are mass produced and bought in cheap, despite the lines they use!

How to put it in words DON'T GET THEM TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOU THEY RIPPED OFF MY MOTHER COME TO YOUR DOOR WITH SOLID WOOD UNITS THINKING YOUR GETTING THEM NO YOU PAY THE PRICE FOR THEM BUT WHAT YOU GET IS CHEAP UNITS WERE YOU CAN GET FROM B AND Q SO TAKE MY WORD GO SOME WERE ELSE plus they scratch the work surface with the cement they used to cover up a hole who cements on walls never came and fixed it with plaster then said that it was my mother who did it
