I was fooled into thinking this was locally sourced milk just to find out it was far from local. It's deliver so early that when you get up in the morning the milk is soured last week the milk was deliver at 11.30pm I was just heading off to bed so stay clear don't buy anything from them. Also so hard to cancel or complain in fact cant find anyway of complaining and also looks like I have to go to the bank to stop the direct debit.

Only gave one star as wouldnt let me give none Absolutely shocking company, Mis charged me for milk, I cancelled as the delivery was shambolic and paid a final payment which after I realised was well over what I should have paid, following week they took a direct debit from my account, called and was told it would be returned, it never has been and my emails are being ignored. Who owns this shambles of a company who keep peoples money and does not return it

I had my order accepted by the owner who made an arrangement and knew I lived in a flat. I started to get milk delivered on Tues & Fri. And then this morning I get up and theres nothing there. I emailed them this morning and all I got back was We dont serve flats Thanks but I already had an order in place for it to be delivered downstairs right at the front door? I call them up this afternoon to be told my service has been stopped. They didnt bother to tell me that it had been stopped either then they told me I had to pay my final payment. The owner then calls me back up leaving a cheeky voicemail trying to twist what I said saying I was refusing to pay for goods I had received trying to make me out to be some sort of thief. Avoid this company I will be sticking to buying my milk from the shop

Just try and cancel with them and you'll discover how rude and untrustworthy they are.
