Very unprofessional I was walked through to treatment room the walk there was very messy filled shopping carrier bags laying on the floor etc. I asked to use the bathroom horrendous unclean and a dirty hand towel that others have used to dry hands. The bed was wooden so very uncomfortable And thin old cover on bed with couch roll over it. The massage lasted 60 mins was sore but was told no pain go gain needed to get rid of my knots.still feeling sore 4 days on but this was advised to me. During my massage someone walked in to the room twice and had a conversation with the lady doing my massage this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional as I am paying for 60 mins dedicated treatment. Also I was topless as I had back neck massage this is a big deal for me as I have body issues and having someone else walk in twice made me extremely embarrassed and anxious. When leaving I felt like a stranger in someones house. Massage was great but the experience was appalling. Also I was never asked if I had any health issues which I have always has to sign forms at other establishments so avoid this place.

Masseuse kept on stopping to answer phone and see to customers who entered shop leaving me lying there for 3-4 mins at a time

I went for 2 hours aromatherapy. The massage was good but would have preferred more pressure. I didnt like the ambience at all , the towel, bed and the cover was too old and I hated the smell of leather were you put your head the whole time ! Although the women was nice to sort that out by putting some tiger balm next to that so I didnt have to put up with the leather smell for the whole 2 hours..
