These guys just gave me a quote for $800 to install two deadbolts on two metal doors. Talk about price gauging! Despicable!

Bad place to go; not recommended. I went to pair a car cylinder locks with my keys; they charged a lot of money for a 5' job, poorly done, and not in time. Stupid excuses for the delay..(we're busy...) Don't go..

Last week I have contacted the above locksmith at 9.30am as hooks in my door weren't working properly and I was unable to securely lock my back door, over the phone I have explained what is happening, the guy told me that I can expect him between 1-3pm, bare in mind that their website state that they attend emergencies within less than 30 min. They guy showed up 5min to 5pm, which is nearly 2h after my scheduled window. He spent whole 2min at my property, took out part of the door handle, to lock my door, he then said that's all he can do, as the mechanism is broken and they don't have it at the company as it's too expensive, so I need to order myself. He said he need to charge me for Call out, which is 70!!! My friend came the next day to help me with measurements for ordering the new mechanism, we took out the locking mechanism, we have noticed that the spring fell out out of the mechanism. We popped it back in place and my door us working as new. I am appalled that the locksmith did not even bother to check the mechanism for any faults, yet he was quick to charge me 70 for the 2min he stayed at my property and basically doing nothing. I will never again use the services of this company. I am extremely disappointed!
