        Went to apply for my bus pass today the three staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful nothing a bother after having a bad experience at Marischal Access Point I must say we'll done Mastrick. 5 stars

        Not interested to give 1 star even but no option left!!!!! This the 5th time got the same experience ...staffs are very polite (the only thing they are expert in) but too lack of knowledge and common sense ,, very incompetent and same story again and again!!!!
