        I have asked for assistance in a family law matter. I was happy to give my case details and have a solicitor assigned. Discussed the case details and left it with them to do the initial paperwork. After weeks of poor correspondence emailed for updates, to which I got no response. The lines currently busy or going to voicemail, I eventually did manage to get in touch with the reception who advised they're not taking new cases, but maybe in a few months. that they're actually not taking new cases, is fine, but to be told so after a month of waiting, and wasting my time, quite frankly appalling.

        They are unprofessional.They don't answer emails and calls. The only thing they know is charging money.
