I had selected these to represent my husband in a court case. God I wish I never had, the service received was absolutely horrendous. All the care about is their pay checks. My husband barely spoke to anyone from the office, actually the office only ever phoned to deal with legal aid application. They didn't care in the slightest about any disabilities and hid alot of evidence out the case that would of supported him. My husband is English and the solicitor treated him differently according to this. The procedure would of been so much easier if the solicitor actually did his job. Should hopefully never need one again and if we do would never use them!
