Solicitors Direct

There is a staff with glasses very impolite and very rude. One day, I walk my dog passing by outside, and there is a dog biking inside barking to my dog. And she comes ang shows body language to ask me to go away. Im on a public street, people will pass by with dogs. If she thinks that dog inside barking interrupt her work, Dont take that dog in a workplace, If she would like to do that, must understand this situation would happen. I will never visit this solicitor and I will go another city or another solicitor, wont go to a place without basic respect. How can I expect she will help people, potentially risky to ask advice or service.

They were not very professional and first told a client they were going to represent them, then changed their mind. They gave me conflicting information about the legal issues in my own case and cost me unnecessary delays. I was not satisfied with their services.
