Had my initial consultation with Adam in Aberdeen and it went really well, didn't make me feel pressured at all, he was very kind and reassuring. Still deciding whether to have the procedure or not but I have no concerns regarding their work, all of my questions have been answered and feel like I can easily go back if I have more. I only have some personal nerves which they have calmed as much as possible. Overall great service.

Optical Express on 40 Union St, Aberdeen AB10 1BD provide exceptional services. Since my first free eye test there and beautiful prescription glasses, they have earned my trust with such high level of professionalism, punctuality, care and top notch equipment, that I decided to get laser surgery done to correct my vision there. All tests and pre surgery consultations were thorough and reassuring. Results achieved "two lines below 20/20"! Post surgery checks were too, as if I was the most important client It was few years ago and my eyes maintain the same level of health since. I would not go anywhere else now for my routine eye tests, I feel valued, comfortable and confident at Optical Express Aberdeen. Felt unwelcome as soon as I walked in the door. Multiple staff there with no customers in sight yet I felt like I was shooed away instead of given any options. Was going to give these guys a try but I guess I'm sticking with specsavers.
