Dualcoat were fantastic. They did a great job of painting my living room and inserting light fittings. Very reliable, tidy and efficient. High quality work. Will definitely use again.

Unprofessional and dishonest. Was supposed to fit a kitchen through Wren and installation date had been set. Three weeks prior I got a phone call from Shem asking "how urgent is the kitchen" and that it might need delayed but he would still like to carry out the work but he would let me know. He didn't contact me back, did not reply to my text messages and declined my phone calls. I then spoke to Wren to ask if they knew if/when it was going ahead. They spoke to Shem and he apparently told them he was doing the work on the original date as planned. I had taken a day off to rip out the old kitchen and take delivery of the new one. Prior to doing this I thought I would try one more time to speak to Shem (as I was still waiting on an electrician he was supposed to have organised) and he told me- "I've already told you it's going to be a few weeks". He did not tell me this and specifically told Wren that he was doing the work as planned. Also, the reason I had decided to remove the old kitchen myself was I had been given a quote by Dualcoat for this which included fictitious items. This included 240 for "preparing the walls". I was already paying separately for plastering and a splashbacks installation. He wasn't able to tell me what this was and said "that's fine if you don't want that". He also wanted to charge me for installation of a washing machine that is already installed. My only suggestion is avoid Shem and Dualcoat and if Wren hire him to install your kitchen ask for someone else.

Absolutely outstanding job. Precision, attention to every tiny detail to make the renovations flawless. Shem and Mathew gave numerous excellent ideas for our house and nothing was impossible. Shem and team without a doubt go the extra mile to help his customers! Thanks again!

Got Dualcoat to replace our tired bathroom, immediately felt at ease chatting to Shem. He gave us an itemised estimate which was very reasonable. The quality of the finished product was of a very high standard, mainly thanks to Shems hard grafting co worker. Fully recommend this company
