        Poor quality of work undertaken. I paid for four hours work (which I was aware would not be enough for a thorough deep clean) as they only had that amount of time available. But this goes beyond. Work that was attempted such as hoovering the rug in the living room or mopping the floor of the kitchen were not done well. Edit: Partial refund and apology offered and accepted.

        Looking for the best commercial cleaning agency, look less cos you ll find Goldstar cleaning. My supervisor are cool to work with and very understanding to manage situations

        If I could give zero I would. Paid 6 hours for a Deep clean. They spent 2.5 hours and did absolutely nothing. Basically hoovered and mopped. No cabinets cleaned, still dust under chairs. I can not believe the prices being charged and the service delivered. If youre going ti do a deep clean then do a good job. Cleaners were called back and they said all theyve done is good enough. Embarrassment of a company.
