New Sky Ways Ice Cream Parlour

Awful, was okay when it first opened but now they are passing off toaster waffles as fresh made ones. 5 for a supermarket bought toaster waffle with cream on top. Will not be back and i would like a refund ASAP

Very overpriced, ingredients are not fresh. It's ridiculous to expect from a customer to pay extra 50p for EVERY topping, and my warm cookie dough was basically just a wet cookie that they stuck into the microwave. Waffles come out of a package too and are very dry. Seriously disappointed and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone.

Terrible service and they cancel order with out telling you and when tried asking for a refund boy tells me hes only there to fix a fridge he does not work there or no anyone that does so when i asked what hes doing answering phone he said he doesnt know absolute shitehole just like the Indian they run next door to it .shower of clowns

Placed an order at 21:30. Still sitting here at 22:45 waiting. They are now closed, and I dont expect my order to arrive. No phone call, no food and just horrific service. Thank god I didnt pay over the phone!!...wait thats it just arrived an hour and 15 mins late and the driver tries to tell me the girl forgot to charge 2.50 for delivery and I have to pay it, after being swiftly told no he gives in! An absolute joke and a surprise their still in business! Wont be ordering again!
