absolute waste of time only for junkies and people with learning problems if you dont fit that criteria they wont help you you must be a junky no normal people will be helped only put a star as it wouldnt let me post no stars for me 0 stars given

Waste of time, spend 6 months there with little help or guidance, key workers wouldnt turn up and would expect you to come find them for their meetings. Upon coming for a first visit for a flat said that they were excellent and safe environment, WRONG! One night staff member and police every weekend! Drug dealers everywhere! No help for people with mental health issues like myself, I had just came out of my parents home at 16 after abuse and they did nothing to help my anxiety when I was struggling, instead kicked me out because I struggled to communicate, but a junkie got to sit and take drugs, overdose, set fires and threatened suicide and got an extra 6 months added on to her tenancy! Ridiculous! People like that should be in rehab not places like this! For people who are Just trying to get started after hard beginnings.
