        4 years now my heating hasn't been working properly, I have to get up an hour before my son to keep putting it on as it constantly trips off and the weather requires heating again! The pump continues to use my electric even when not heating the water in the radiators so I have to be extra vigilant especially with the high electric prices, as a disabled single parent with epilepsy the stress of this has me in tears and still I am waiting for them to fix/replace the system, I can't take much more or I'm going to the papers about this!

        I'd be exceptionally careful with this housing Association. They are the worst I've ever rented from. Screen neighbours carefully before you move in. Complaints of Discrimination/harassment are rarely followed up ignoring complaints is common with other tenants( not following their own policies ) is pretty serious. They will fob you off until you go to outside agency for help.
