        I have unfortunately Complained about noise, drug use and threatening neighbours that have attempted to attack me and gotten nowhere. I had to call the police at one point as I was so scared for my safety. The staff are okay; I never had a bad encounter with them. However, my flat has mould, and my back door was broken when I moved in. I would recommend trying to rent with someone else.

        Trying to charge people who gave their property months ago for things that they found out NOW such as ,,light bulb,,(mind you the person that gave the property moved a year ago) will recommend to stay AWAY from them.

        Worst housing association about, will constantly tell you that they're going to sort the issues you're having but never do, favouritse certain tennants. Constantly changing their rules to mess people over. Do not rent through them

        broken down stairs door to the building and being told theyll leave it unlocked to end up having to sleep in your car because you cant get in your own house shambles to fix absolutely anything
