        Dr Shay and the anaesthetics team in particular were INCREDIBLE! Felt so well looked after throughout the whole process - 10/10 for treatment and care.

        The care I received was excellent. Every member of staff made me feel at ease and I felt very well looked after. The renovation works however were far from ideal, with drilling beginning at 0630! Not particularly helpful after an unsettled night following surgery. My very kind nurse did provide me with ear plugs and was very apologetic.
