        I purchased a coupon on Groupon for Balayage with a wash, cut and blow-dry from Barry at Salon 41.Two days before the appointment which has been made two weeks before I received a message if I could reschedule the appointment. Unfortunately I had other plans that I could not move around in such a short notice, I said I could not do it and received a text message saying: "Omg trying to move a groupon appointment and she got all snappy with me". I assume that message was not meant for me but I am definitely not going there and I want my money back. I am very disappointed.
