Ive debated leaving this review for a long time, but as Im coming up to a year on from my appointment, I can confidently say that this salon ruined my hair. I hate to say this because the staff there are so lovely, but really, avoid at all costs. I have had a full head of highlights three times at another salon prior to this appointment, and my hair has always remained in good condition. I take good care of my hair and only use heat every 1-2 weeks. First of all, after my first appointment, my hair was two different colours. I messaged the stylist on instagram and she agreed to rectify the issue. I believe what happened at the second appointment was some sort of bleach bath where my hair was absolutely fried. It was also toned an odd peach colour, and for some reason she did not bleach the hair closest to my temples, giving the appearance of dark sideburns. Since then, my hair is the thinnest its ever been, so frizzy, and gets ridiculously tangled if I even think about putting my head on a pillow. I honestly think my only solution might be a bob once my new growth has reached past my chin. When Ive been to another salon since, the stylist literally asked me has your hair always been professionally coloured? upon seeing the banding I had at the back too. Service: Hair highlighting
