        Had my first adapted session today with Rob and my god, it was truly epic! The people were so friendly and welcoming. Rob worked to make everything accessible and nailed it. If you have a disability and want to give cross fit a try dont hesitate - do it! But best of all? They have the sweetest dog!

        Visiting Aberdeen so used the drop in option as I've been doing crossfit elsewhere. Still quite new to the world of crossfit, but Rob and the rest of the team made me feel completely relaxed and offered great advice before, during and after the workout. Very friendly gym and great facilities will definitely come back next time I'm up.
