CREST GLAZING LTD

We bought our first house 2 years ago. Unfortunately, there were old single glazed windows. We were looking for a company that would sell us good quality windows. Huge price range on the market! So many reviews (good and bad). Finally We chose Steve Murdoch company Crest Glazing Ltd. And it was the best choice! I worked as a joiner for over 9 years. So I can easy say what is good quality and what poor :) After a year of use (especially the winter season) I can only say one thing: WE COULDN'T CHOOSE BETTER!!! Our house is quiet and warm. Surprising acoustic and thermal insulation. VEKA profiles! Warm black frame! Fantastic hinges. We highly recommend it from bottom of the heart

Came round to look at broken mechanism in window. Measured and quoted 490.80 to repair or replace. Called another company who came round with tools and fixed it there and then in around 30 mins for 80. No idea whether they're just not interested or just exorbitantly priced but just shows you how important it is to get more than one quote. This job might not have been worth their while, hence the quote but they shoot themselves in the foot for future business or recommendations.

We had an upstairs window that wouldnt lock so I called the original installer who sent a man to give an estimate for repair. He looked, said it would need scaffolding and therefore cost around 2000 and take two days , one to scaffold and one to repair. He suggested a local company might be cheaper so I called Crest on a Wednesday. They arrived on the following Monday, diagnosed the problem, removed the broken part and replaced it and were paid all within a half hour. Excellent service, I have no hesitation in recommending Crest. Prompt, polite, able to do the job so exactly what I needed.

Crest supplied and fitted a small custom glass balustrade at our front door steps. Excellent service from start to finish. Great support from their sales and manufacturing departments and questions always answered quickly and to our satisfaction. Top quality products and service. Couldn't ask for more - first class.

5 star all the way from me, from the chap that came to do my quote....for a decent price...to the team of guys that came today to fit 2 windows...work carried out within 4hrs ...all tidied up and away. Guys had a nice friendly attitude....very happy!!...Thankyou
