I am in the store all the time and find the staff very helpful and friendly, I have just bought a Shay Aroma diffuser and I love it, a great place for gifts or a little something for yourself.

Product is good although a bit on the pricey side, customer service... Really bad. The lady kept pestering me about a due payment, when I'd already paid online and insisted I do something about it even though the money was already taken away from my account. Then she decided to call me out on being desperate and saying she shouldn't of trusted me when all I did was provide any information she required for her to in fact deal with this situation. Despite it being the banks fault in the end, I got no apology, just an owner who only really cares about money and not the well being of customers.Very disappointed.

I buy lots here and I am missing it so much. I love to go snd hsveca good chat with Dot. My favourite is their jewellery . It's so sad and hope when things get back to as normal as possible small shops will survive. They will so hard. Tsje care and keep save. Love Jane.
