Shocking receptionist, hung up on me , I called back and asked about getting a copy of the recorded call and was then told no!! Absolutely shocking behaviour and I am now registering with another practice

Irresponsible Practice! Tried registering myself as a new patient,and contacted them. Reception staff advised 8 weeks time and after approx 10 weeks when I contacted to know the status they said there is no place so you are not registered. My point: Have some basic etiquettes to inform patient about the status otherwise the patient will keep waiting without getting themselves registered elsewhere.

Been sadly a user of this dump 3 years now, Staff are always RUDE, and discriminate a lot of users who come here (A lot look down Their snotty noses), ring up for a prescription giving by specialist in Ashgrove house waited 20 weeks for simple Arthritis meds and they simply REFUSE to reload Script 3 times now as 'Your GP knows better than a Arthritis Specialist! plus it's not on a reload' ( like psoriasis arthritis go's away after 3/4 weeks You could not make it up) never mind the Practice Manageress who Threatens You if You try to complain, Absolut horrendous Staff to try talk too, Total chips on shoulders.
