        The staff at MacIntosh and Steven took care of our funeral arrangements with understanding and sympathy. Shaun and Sharon were helpful without being intrusive and myself and my family were grateful for the care they showed us while making arrangements at this difficult time.

        Sharon was attentive, communicative and considerate through the whole process when we were arranging a funeral in 2020. She offered various options and ideas and was able to arrange for the venue we wanted, which made a huge difference.
