        Asked for a specific type of flower to be placed in the centre of the bouquet, even showed the person a photo and was told "yes we have plenty of those" flowers were received with a completely different flower as the centre piece. This was important to my fianc who was being gifted the bouquet. I called to ask why this was the case and was told "I just put in what we had" and when I reminded them they said they had what was in the photo, no apology was given and was told if I'm not happy that's not their problem. An absolute joke of a company with rude and very unhelpful staff. Disgusting service. PLEASE AVOID.

        As always flowers I ordered for a dear friend were stunning and delivered as promised. To say she was happy is an understatement. Thank you again Fiona and your team for your attention to detail and getting it just right . Can't recommend highly enough !!
