        My friend and I picked up two posies for her Mums funeral tomorrow and they are stunning. Even better than in the photos. We will certainly use Eden Flowers in future.

        Asked for a specific type of flower to be placed in the centre of the bouquet, even showed the person a photo and was told "yes we have plenty of those" flowers were received with a completely different flower as the centre piece. This was important to my fianc who was being gifted the bouquet. I called to ask why this was the case and was told "I just put in what we had" and when I reminded them they said they had what was in the photo, no apology was given and was told if I'm not happy that's not their problem. An absolute joke of a company with rude and very unhelpful staff. Disgusting service. PLEASE AVOID.
