        Requested delivery of flowers, did not deliver on the requested date (ordered the week previous, so plenty time to deliver in time) offered a poor apology and issued refund. But overall poor service. Lack of attention to detail also in getting my name wrong in email responses (surely a florist should have more attention to detail than this)
