Wish I could give 0 stars!! We used LJ to do a resin floor in Brentwood in 2020. They appeared to be plagued by "bad luck" or incompetence (it is difficult to tell). Dodgy reaction in the resin followed by all the replacement resin getting "stolen" followed by abysmal quality of workmanship. Not only was the floor design patchy and irregular they managed to damage the clients new 100k kitchen in several places and also some glazed units. LJ did offer to repair the floor where necessary and pay for a professional surface repair team to come in and fix the kitchen and glazing but that was last year and all attempts to call, text, email, Facebook etc have been ignored. It now appears that Resinite Ltd has an active proposal to be struck off. In any case, steer clear of these cowboys. Service: Install flooring

Writing this review will probably reduce the chances of our deposit being returned, however i believe its important that no one else gets conned like we have. LJ( John Annand ) insisted on a deposit to start work for us, and after several excuses did not turn up, and now refuses calls, emails and ignores our lawyers letters. My gut feeling is he will now dissolve his company to ensure he keeps our money and anybody else he has ripped of. Hopefully not and he can have his day in court.. please avoid resinite and John Annand at all costs. The Hastings
