        Environmentally Destructive Policy . This company does not care for the environment. Having spent over 1200 on laminate flooring and underlay, they refused to accept return of an unopened roll of unused underlay in perfect condition. Cost 39, but will likely end up in landfill as I have no use for it. I purchased in store, if I had bought on-line they would have been legally required to refund. Just avoid this company and buy on-line. Service: Laminate floor installation

        total joke of a company ordered 23/01/2023 1 pack of century oak laminate to finish my utility room, phoned numerous times to be told we dont have the order, its out of stock, given multiple phone numbers to try and get my laminate. Phoned again today as I was planning on ordering more as Im moving house, to be told we still dont have any and that it could be weeks before we have it in stock. Cancelled my order and requested a refund, clearly 0 communication between the warehouse and the store. Service: Paint indoors
