        Excellent service. Called Dr lock today after having a problem with a door lock. Efficient response via messages when a call couldn't be taken. Turns out the problem was an easy fix and advice was given with suggestions of you tube videos to resolve myself, without the need for a call out. Could have easily booked us in another day and charged us. Super helpful advice when I was checking in that I was on the right track. Will definitely keep this companies details and use again in the future. Would highly recommend.

        Excellent service. Good communication. Answered phone quickly and arranged to come quickly. Was able to synchronise car keys on an old classic Mercedes-Benz that other firms struggled with. Jessie is very skilled and passionate about her work.
