        The have a fantastic website, very good if you want next day delivery. One of the best ways to get items quickly is RS Online. The parts are very expensive, so would only use them for breakdown scenario.

        Double prices, half customer assistance... little shop stock but you can order one day delivery

        This is the third time I've been in and it's a fail again. I understand everything may not be in stock but when the customer assistant will not bother trying to help. I offer up 2 different stock numbers and nothing, so I ask if they have any equivalents, and they keep stating "you need to find a stock number because I have over 4K items through the back" then just goes back to their paperwork. I'm sorry but why have "customer service reps" when the only service they provide is passing you an online ordered package. Very poor, 3rd try , I won't be back. Very disappointing
